This notice describes information handled through the AI Inciter Launch Weekend website. The website operator is AI Inciter. Contact: Contact AI Inciter.
The application form is not active on this version of the website. It does not submit application information. The operator’s contact details will be provided when applications open.
Applications and follow-up
If you apply, we collect the name, email, optional city, service idea, readiness answer and consent choices you provide. We also send any campaign tags in the page address, such as the ad’s source and creative name, to understand how applicants found the workshop. Please do not submit passwords, financial documents, health information, sensitive customer records or confidential business details.
We use this information to review your fit, answer your questions and contact you about your application. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to promotional emails. If you separately choose to receive news, we use your email for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Formspree processes and routes application submissions to the operator’s configured destination. Its infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata under its own privacy policy. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sending through that provider.
Keeping and deleting application information
Our intended retention period for unsuccessful or withdrawn applications is 90 days after the last application-related contact. Enrollment records may need to be retained longer for program delivery, accounting and applicable requirements. Optional marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal, subject to a minimal record of that preference. The operator manages deletion in its form, email and contact systems.
When you follow the application link
The application button takes you to a separate application or booking service. That page collects your information under the privacy notices shown there. This site passes campaign tags from the page address to the destination so the source of an inquiry can be identified. This site does not send an application form itself.
Scheduling with Calendly
Calendly loads only after you choose to schedule. At that point, your browser connects to Calendly, and the scheduling details you enter are handled through its service. Review Calendly’s privacy notice for how Calendly handles information.
Hosting and essential operation
The hosting provider may keep ordinary technical access logs such as IP address, browser information, requested address and time for site delivery and security. Fonts and page images are served with this site. The site does not store application answers in your browser. Your marketing-cookie preference, when applicable, is stored locally to remember your choice.
Advertising measurement
Optional Meta tracking is not enabled on this version of the site. Campaign labels in the page address can still identify a referral source if you choose to apply.
Optional Meta tracking
If you allow marketing cookies, this site loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successfully submitted on-page applications. Meta may receive device information, IP address, page addresses and advertising identifiers. The site does not deliberately pass your form answers, name or email to the pixel and does not configure advanced matching.
Advertising tracking may constitute a sale, sharing or targeted-advertising disclosure under some privacy laws. It is off until you choose to allow it. You can decline or change your choice using “Cookie choices.” We honor a supported browser Global Privacy Control signal by leaving the pixel off. Revoking consent stops further configured events; it does not undo information already sent. See Meta’s privacy policy and your browser controls for existing cookies and provider settings.
Your requests
Contact the operator to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, to withdraw promotional-email permission, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and circumstances.
