Illustrative assets. Payment tests are not customer or revenue results.

Make the decisions everything else depends on.

  1. 01

    A clear business blueprint

One buyer, one offer, a Lean Canvas and the path from first contact to repeat customer.

  2. 02

    Pricing that includes your time

Price, delivery effort, contribution, capacity and break-even calculations.

  3. 03

    A consistent starter brand

Colors, typography and a style guide for your website, sales materials and documents.

  4. 04

A pitch you can actually use

A six-to-eight-slide prospect deck and a scoped quote template.

Give prospective customers a clear way to take action.

  1. 05

    Your own website

A focused, mobile-friendly page on your domain, with a working contact route.

  2. 06

    A tested payment path

Hosted Stripe checkout, receipt and order/refund procedure, subject to account approval.

  3. 07

    Founder content

An edited portrait in three crops, short and full bios, three image variations and a short captioned intro clip.

  4. 08

    Your first ad experiment

One Facebook campaign, two creatives and up to $200 in actual ad spending. Results are not guaranteed.

Know what to do when someone raises their hand.

  1. 09

    A simple lead system

Intake, fit questions and a CRM with a stage and a next action for each prospect.

  2. 10

    A delivery playbook

Checklists for onboarding, fulfillment, quality, changes, support and handoff.

  3. 11

    Your AI working kit

Business knowledge, owned accounts, recovery records and a reviewed AI drafting workflow.

  4. 12

A plan for the next 30 days

A scorecard, priorities and scheduled support to put the build to work.

The aim: a launch foundation you understand and can run. Customer demand, leads, sales and profitability depend on your market and execution. They are goals, not guarantees.

PREPARE. BUILD. PUT IT TO WORK.

A WEEKEND THAT
DOESN’T END ON SUNDAY.

The weekend is the focused build. Preparation makes it possible. Follow-through makes it useful.

Practical AI building and business planning, with direct implementation help. You bring the expertise in your service. We help you connect the pieces around it.

Talk through your idea

START WITH A SKILL. FOCUS THE SCOPE.

MADE FOR
PEOPLE WHO DO.

Consultants. Trainers. Creatives. Freelancers. Local service professionals.

You don’t need to code. You do need a service you can deliver, a willingness to talk to buyers, and time to take part.

This is a good fit when you can…

  • Focus on one service and one reachable buyer group.
  • Complete preparation and attend both workshop days.
  • Make decisions and build alongside the team.
  • Invest $3,995 in the launch, without depending on a guaranteed sale.
Need an app or a more complex business?

Production SaaS, marketplaces, inventory systems, complex integrations and specialist regulatory work need a separate scope. Tell us on the fit call.

ONE FOCUSED INVESTMENT

THE BUILD.
THE TOOLS.
THE FOLLOW-THROUGH.

Keep your accounts. Take your editable files. Know what comes next.

No required follow-on purchase. No automatic paid AI Inciter renewal.

NEED ONE MORE WORKFLOW?

Ask about Launch Plus at $5,995 total. It adds a separately agreed workflow after the event, with six technical hours and one coordination hour. Available only where the scope fits.

YOUR TIME. YOUR BUDGET. YOUR CHOICE.

WHAT WOULD THIS TAKE
ANOTHER WAY?

There is no universally “best” route. Compare the cash, time and coordination each option asks of you—using assumptions you can change.

A

BUILD IT YOURSELF

KEEP THE CASH.
OWN THE LEARNING CURVE.

  • Choose and learn the tools
  • Build and connect every asset
  • Test the full customer path

A fit when you enjoy figuring things out and can protect the time.

B

HIRE SEPARATELY

GET SPECIALISTS.
MANAGE THE HANDOFFS.

  • Source and brief each provider
  • Review separate deliverables
  • Coordinate the connections

A fit when delegation or deeper customization matters most.

MAKE THE COMPARISON YOURS.

Edit your hourly value, unfinished work, contractor quotes, tools, travel and other costs. Save or print the result for a decision conversation.

Run your numbers

The starting figures are planning examples, not quotes, guaranteed savings or an earnings forecast. The calculator shows cash and time separately and explains its methodology.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

KNOW WHAT
YOU’RE JOINING.

We’ll review your idea, the scope and the full program terms before you pay.

Can I do this myself with AI?

Yes. DIY can be the right route if you can make the decisions, connect the tools and protect the time. AI Inciter adds a focused scope, hands-on implementation help, checks and follow-through. Use the editable comparison with only the work you still need.

Will I leave with paying customers?

We help you build and test the path to attracting, converting and serving customers. We cannot guarantee leads, customers, revenue or profitability. Your offer, market, outreach and delivery matter.

Do I need a finished business idea?

You need a skill or service direction we can focus during preparation. The fit call checks whether there is enough clarity to build within the program scope. Substantial market discovery may need to happen first.

Is this done for me?

It is a guided implementation workshop. We teach and build with you. You supply the business knowledge, make decisions and learn to operate the result. Plan 8–12 preparation hours, two full workshop days and 6–10 hours of follow-through.

What if an account isn’t approved in time?

Stripe, Meta and other providers make their own approval decisions. We start early, document any blocker and agree an appropriate fallback. The ad allocation covers actual spending; unused funds are reconciled under the program order.

Who owns the accounts and work?

You own your domain, accounts, source business material and agreed bespoke deliverables on full payment. You receive a continuing license to included AI Inciter templates. Third-party tools retain their own terms.

Can I keep my idea private?

Participant terms include confidentiality obligations, and sensitive details can stay out of group demonstrations. AI services process information under their own terms. Do not bring passwords, sensitive customer records or trade secrets into shared tools. Promotional photography and testimonials require separate, voluntary permission.

What happens after the 30 days?

Take your editable assets, exports and account/cost register. Continue with your own providers or choose separately priced support. No paid AI Inciter subscription starts automatically. You also have 90 days of light community access.

What are the dates and cancellation terms?

The next cohort is planned for November 2026 in the Tahoe area; final dates and venue will be confirmed before enrollment. You will receive the cancellation, transfer and organizer-cancellation terms in the program order before any payment. An application is not a purchase or a reserved seat.
